Some young people are loud. Many more are simply never seen — in their schools, in their towns, or in the rooms where decisions about their lives are made.
Vlad’s work is built around changing that. More than thirty Erasmus+ projects have shown him what happens when a young person is given a role, a stage and an audience that genuinely listens: confidence arrives first, and ambition follows close behind.
Visibility isn’t about being in the spotlight. It’s about being taken seriously — having your name on the project, your idea in the programme and your voice in the final result.
